After several coats of rubber, plus bandage re-inforcing, the excess rubber is trimmed off. Small blocks of rubber are embedded into the top coat to locate the the finished mould in it's jacket.

Engine Nacelle top and bottom halves, being trimmed up.

Secondary Hull bottom and Saucer top moulds with their jackets. Plaster of Paris is used as a case, backed up with a thin coat of Fibreglass.
